Private gifts to support the Graduate Group in Ecology strengthen our world-renowned teaching and research. Student support is among our highest priorities and helps us to attract the very best students year after year. Fellowships, research funding and travel awards enable students to dedicate their time and energy to the challenges of ecological research and pursue relevant opportunities. Unrestricted and special-project gifts are also extremely important for retaining the quality of our program over time.
Alumni, faculty, emeriti and friends of Ecology express their support for ecological research and education in a variety of ways. You may select a resource to direct your gift. A few examples are:
- 40th Anniversary Fund
- A new endowment for graduate student support or research fellowships
- Any number of special projects, e.g. the annual Odyssey orientation trip
