Research Interests

  • My research objectives aim at expanding knowledge on the biology and ecology of weeds of rice by understanding the physiological bases for their adaptation to irrigated rice environments and their competitiveness with rice. A major current research focus is the elucidation of the evolution and the mechanisms of herbicide resistance in weeds involving ecological, physiological, biochemical and genetic studies
