  • Foraging behaviour models and experiments incorporating decisions at multiple spatial and temporal scales. Ungulate impact and response to spatial heterogeneity of plant communities. Spatially-explicit dynamics of plant-plant and plant-animal interactions. Cellular automata. Livestock development and rangeland conservation in Central Asia. Rangelands as carbon sinks. Application of geostatistics in site-specific agricultural practices to minimize impact and optimize production.
