A.B. Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, Princeton University, 2009
- My research interests range widely, covering restoration, tropical ecology, and biogeochemistry. In general, I am very interested in the application of ecological concepts, understanding, and scientific tools for managing the environment and natural resources as well as research topics and designs that can be directly linked to management needs At Davis, I study high-Andean forests: seedling regeneration, effects of cattle grazing on vegetation, and filters to natural colonization of forests into grasslands.
